Dennis Albert Dorinski (67) died peacefully on February 28, 2026, at his home in Boardman after losing his battle with pancreatic cancer. Dennis was born January 24,1959 in Lorain, Ohio the son the late Walter and Genevieve (Dombronski) Dorinski, and was a 1977 graduate from Canfield High School.
After graduation, Dennis followed in his father’s footsteps and became a special trades pipe fitter at GM Lordstown Plant where he retired in 2019 after working for the company for 38 years, a member of the Local Auto Worker Union 1112.
Dennis is survived by the love of his life, Patricia (Watson), whom he married on May 5, 2007. His three children, Nicole Marie Floro (Mark), Heather Lynn Ramsey (Chase), and Frank Mader. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart, Brooke Ann Floro, Bennett Elliott Ramsey, and Murphy Charlize Mader.
Dennis is also survived by his siblings Dale (Barbara) Dorinski of Florida, Robert Dorinski of Minnesota, and JoAnn O’Connor of Ohio and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Dennis had a love of many hobbies. He enjoyed woodworking in his wood shop and building many sandcastles while on family vacations on the beaches of the Outer Banks. He had a love of RC Airplanes, from building to flying and was a member of the Night Hawks RC Club. He also was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).
Per his wishes there will be no funeral services. The Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home will oversee final arrangements.
